Archie’s Take Over – Bar Palavas + Vinstereo

As part of the Archie’s Takeover series, some of Gothenburg’s most exciting restaurateurs and food personalities are invited to take over the kitchen at Archie’s at Jacy’z Hotel & Resort for three exclusive evenings. Each event has its own unique identity and menu — with only 100 seats available per night.

For this evening, we’re handing over the kitchen to an unbeatable duo: Bar Palavas and Vinstereo. Expect an evening filled with bold flavours, vibrant wines by the glass, and that lively Parisian wine bar atmosphere — with the music pumping and the tables packed to the brim.
